With over 5 years of experience—spanning from Founding Engineer at a startup to Staff Lead at Harness—I focus on building resilient, scalable backend architectures and driving the future of Chaos Engineering and AI-driven SRE.

Staff Software Engineer | May 2023 - Present

Leading the technical vision for AI SRE (Incident Response) and Platform Engineering initiatives.

  • Architecting high-availability backend systems in Go and scalable infrastructure on Kubernetes.
  • Driving cross-team platform enablement and observability strategies to reduce MTTR across the Harness ecosystem.
  • Standardizing automation workflows using Terraform, Helm, and Crossplane.

Senior Software Engineer | March 2022 - April 2023

  • Tech Lead for the Chaos Engineering module integration; delivered the fastest module rollout in company history post-acquisition.
  • Promoted to Staff Engineer within 12 months following the successful technical transition of the ChaosNative acquisition.
