Who Am I?#

I’m a Staff Software Engineer specialising in distributed systems, Kubernetes, and platform engineering. Since July 2019 I’ve gone from a software engineering intern to Founding Engineer, and now lead AI SRE and platform work at Harness.

Harness#

Staff Software Engineer | May 2023 - Present

Leading core initiatives in the AI SRE (Incident Management) module and Platform Engineering at Harness.

  • Driving backend architecture in Go and scalable systems on Kubernetes.
  • Building automation with Terraform and Helm.
  • Focused on high-availability systems, observability, and cross-team platform enablement.

Senior Software Engineer | March 2022 - April 2023

  • Led and delivered the Chaos Engineering module integration into the Harness platform — the fastest module rollout post-acquisition in company history.
  • Technical lead for the ChaosNative acquisition transition; promoted to Staff Software Engineer within a year after delivering the Chaos module ahead of schedule.
  • Won the Best Performer award for two consecutive quarters.

ChaosNative (Acquired by Harness Inc.)#

Founding Engineer | April 2021 - March 2022

  • Joined as the first engineering hire and bootstrapped the backend services and core platform from scratch.
  • Owned architecture, deployment, and infrastructure setup.

MayaData (Acquired by DataCore Software)#

Software Engineer | May 2020 - April 2021 | Bengaluru, India

  • Contributed to backend microservices in Go for cloud-native data and chaos engineering platforms, covering feature development, bug fixes, and code reviews.

  • Active Contributor: Prometheus (Monitoring), Kyverno (Policy), and SigNoz (Observability).
